TIRZEPATIDE IN CHARLESTON

01 · What Tirzepatide Is

the molecule

“A dual agonist, not just another GLP-1. Prescribed as a protocol, not a prescription.”

Tirzepatide for weight loss in Charleston, SC

Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injectable that activates two receptors at once, GLP-1 and GIP. That dual action is why it has outperformed semaglutide in head-to-head trials, with average weight reduction of roughly 20% of body weight at the highest dose over 72 weeks in the SURMOUNT-1 study. It is FDA-approved as Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes and as Zepbound for chronic weight management.

At The Charleston Atelier, tirzepatide is one instrument inside a physician-designed metabolic protocol. It is never dispensed from a kiosk, a questionnaire or a chatbot. Kendall Phelps-Polirer, MD evaluates you in person at 83 Cannon Street, reviews your labs, sets your titration schedule and follows you month by month.

Rapid weight loss changes the face as much as the frame. Our protocol pairs the medicine with a plan for muscle preservation, skin quality and the eventual off-ramp, so the result looks like health rather than depletion.
