The information on this website and in our protocol assessment is educational and general in nature. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not establish a physician–patient relationship. Eligibility and use of the site

Appointments and assessment
Scheduling a consultation or completing the protocol assessment does not guarantee that any particular treatment, medication, or protocol is appropriate or available for you. Final recommendations are made by the physician based on clinical evaluation.
Text-message (SMS) program
Our text-message program is voluntary and requires your express opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by The Charleston Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
