Masseter Botox for jaw clenching

Relax a jaw that never switches off
The masseter is the strong chewing muscle at the angle of your jaw. When it's overworked by clenching or grinding, it can ache, tire easily and grow larger.
A neuromodulator placed in the masseter relaxes that clenching. Many people notice less jaw tension, and over time the lower face can look softer and slimmer. This is an off-label use, and Dr. Kendall explains it at your consultation.
- Clenching or grinding, especially at night
- Jaw ache, tension or tension headaches
- A jaw that feels tired after chewing
- A wide or square lower face
$12.50 a unit, or $10 a unit for Ritual members, who also get $50 off every toxin treatment. Units vary by area and are agreed before treatment.

★★★★★
Dr. Kendall took the time to understand my goals and developed a personalized approach rather than treating me just like another patient.
★★★★★
Most enjoyable experience from the moment I walked in. Dr. Kendall was so gracious, informative and professional about the service I was about to experience.
Will it change how I chew?
Doses are planned to relax clenching while keeping normal chewing. Some people notice their jaw tires a little sooner with tough foods for the first few weeks.
Does it replace my night guard?
Not necessarily. Many people use both. If you see a dentist for grinding, it's worth telling them too.
How long does it last?
Effects commonly last a few months, and some people find they need it less often over time.
Pairs well with.
